Dear Artem,

i just try a simple html file in windows 2003 and it also throw error.
(windows XP is ok)
the content of html file is shown in below:

<html>
<body>
<img src="test.jpg" width="285" height="110" />
</body>
</html>

for test.jpg which is a 5KB file
(P.S: i try to use gif instead of jpg, HTML2PDF can complete the conversion)

Hello KenLok,

Download test.zip, please, and unpack it. It is VBS tests to generate PDF files. Run this script this way:

If you have x64 OS:
1. c:windowssystem32cscript.exe test_i3.vbs
2. c:windowssystem32cscript.exe test_i4.vbs

If you have x32 OS:
1. c:windowssyswow64cscript.exe test_i3.vbs
2. c:windowssyswow64cscript.exe test_i4.vbs

If the PDF document is created then the PDF Creator Pilot is installed and registered properly.

Hello KenLok,

It means that PDFCreator Pilot and HTML2PDF Pilot install properly. We'll test in Windows 2003 with IE8. Did you test it under x86 or x64 edition?

Dear KenLok,

Build 2.16.100 is old, old version. Unfortunately, we can't compare it and the current version.

We are really sorry for the delay with fixing your problem.

Did you ever solve this problem? I have excactly the same problem on WS 2003. Was running the version 2.0.0 with no problems before I updated to 2.16.108 and the problem started.
