Hello,

Your order is from 06 February 2006, so you can get free upgrade to version 3 of the library, which have msi installer. Using msi installer you can install library under Vista.

I've sent you link to msi installer to parksg@, e-mail from our orders database. If you need to get this link on another e-mail, please contact us using our support form.

Best regards,
Stanislav

Hi.

Currently, we package our application using InstallShield.
Can we register your PDF .dll library using regsvr32.exe?

If we can't install the PDF library like it was installed, how can we install .msi file not disaplaying the msi installation dialogbox?

Let me know ASAP. It is urgent.

Thank you!

Hello,

You can't install it on Vista using regsvr32.exe, but you can download dll using provided link
and launch msi redistributable inside your installation.

Also, you can use option "Extract and build" of the InstallShield to redistribute dll without using separate redistributable.

Best regards,
Stanislav

Thank you very much for your answer.

but I have other problems.

1. I updated PDFCreatorPilot3.dll.
but the PDF created by our program is written "PDF Creator Pilot 3 - DEMO VERSION".

Our registration name & serial number don't seem to be validity.
Please send registration & serial number to parksg@, e-mail.

2. We use the below function

long idImg = PDF->AddImageFromFilename("C:Temp.jpg", itcJpeg);
PDF->PDFPAGE_ShowImage(idImg, 10, 10, 300, 300, 0);

This function succeeded at version 2
But idImg value was -1 and the image wasn't drawn on pdf at version 3.

How can I slove the problem?

Thank you

Hello,

We'll send you registration data.

Try to change line to
long idImg = PDF->AddImageFromFilename("C:Temp.jpg", itcJpeg);

I can't understand to change line to long 'idImg = PDF->AddImageFromFilename("C:Temp.jpg", itcJpeg);'

Please describe number 2 for me

long idImg = PDF->AddImageFromFilename("C:Temp.jpg", itcJpeg);
PDF->PDFPAGE_ShowImage(idImg, 10, 10, 300, 300, 0);

Hi,

I received two keys. Single developer license & Application License.
Before, I had received the only one key.

The below is email which we received from colorpilot when we bought PDF Creator Pilot

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++++++++++
Please make sure that you have the latest version of PDF Creator Pilot installed on your PC.

To register your PDF Creator Pilot, set the following parameters with "StartEngine" method when initializing PDF Creator Pilot in your program:

Registration Name: *****@**********.***
Serial number: DU8**-*****-*****-*****-*****

Single Developer License & Application License.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++++++++++

I tried to set each key with "StartEngin" method.
But both keys are failed.
The PDF created by our program is written "PDF Creator Pilot 3 - DEMO VERSION".

How can I resolve it?

Thank you.
