Hi

I use PDF Creator pilot 3.4 in an application that is run on operating systems from Windows 98 up to Vista. On Windows 2000 and higher it functions as expected however in Windows 98/ME it does not save the created PDF file.

Does anyone have any ideas on this please?

Thank you, look forward to hearing from you.

I did wonder if the problem was the path where the pdf file is being saved, as 98 and ME are dos based would spaces / long folder names cause a problem. If I get time I will investigate this as well.

I changed the path to the root of the hard disk (c:) and made the filename 3 characters long and it made no difference.

I notice in the FAQ the following:

What are the system and software requirements for PDF Creator Pilot?
Windows 95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP/2003. No 3rd party software is required

I am hoping this suggests its a solveable problem as we have a large user base on a range of operating systems... Hope to hear back soon

Hello,

The latest builds of the library supports Windows versions from 2000 and higher. The FAQ will be corrected asap. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Best regards,
Stanislav
