Dear sir or madam,

With the latest PDFCreatorPilot3.DLL we have a problem if we create PDF files with a resolution different to 600dpi. With 600dpi the created PDF file is correct drawn, with 300dpi only 1/4 is drawn, with 1200dpi 3/4 of the page is blank.

If necessary, I can provide three generated PDF files for the resolutions 300, 600 and 1200 dpi to reproduce the problem.

A similar problem was reported in your forum at:
URL

We want to use 300dpi as default, as this resolution will require less memory and CPU time to create a PDF file (compared with a 600dpi PDF). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Sebastian Lehmann

Has this been somehow resolved? I have recently purchased Document2PDF Pilot (v2.5.68), and I'm having the same problem, with Excel files. If the "Print quality" in "Page setup" is set to 600dpi, I get only 1/4 of the whole page in PDF, no matter what the settings on Document2PDF printer are. If I change quality in Excel to 300dpi, then the PDF is OK. Any ideas? I can send some test files if necessary.

Thank you,
Robert

I've just tried the latest version (2.5.70), but I still have the same problem. Please, try to resolve this, I really cannot go and manually change DPI for each and every file I want to convert.

Thank you,
Robert

I've done some testing on version 2.5.71, and now it works great, both from GUI and commandline!

Thank you,
Robert
