Hi,

We had purchased a Custom Virtual Printer from you and were predominantly using 32 bit virtual printer. It and its setup works good.

We recently had the need to use the 64 bit virtual printer. The setup (provided to us at time of purchase) installs fine but when used, we get the following error:

"The <Printer name> printer has not been properly configured. A required file could not be located. Please contact support"

The sample setup for 64 bit works fine but the setup for our 64 bit <Printer name> virtual printer is where we have the problem.

Please let me know if you need any other information. Your kind attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

Stanislav,

No. Our issue is not solved yet. I did not hear back since my May 4th post. I was hoping for a recompiled printer setup for 64 bit to fix the issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The printer name is "CNG-SAFE"

Thanks,

Sumanth

OK, no problem.

BTW, please check your mail system for my mail, it is from gmail and anyway blocked, very strange. Maybe too strong SpamAssassin settings.
