Has anyone had any luck getting Sound Pilot to work on Windows 7?

I have set it to 'run as administrator' and it starts to load and then...nothing. I've tried running it under various compatibility modes as well.

I remember having a similar issue with a different program and the support had me go into some obscure Windows screen and change something that made it work but I can't remember what I did nor the program to look it up.

Dear Jeffery,

Disable UAC on Windows 7
Note: Disabling UAC will lead to a less secure system, so be warned.
1. Click the "Start" button.
2. You type UAC into the start menu
3. Open to "Change User Account Control settings"
4. You can simply drag the slider up or down, depending on how often
you want to be alerted. (we recommend drag it all the way down to the bottom,).
5. Click "Ok".
6. Restart the computer.

Sincerely,

I did that and it still isn't working. It starts to load, I get the little "arrow in a circle", then it just stops.

Before I entered the registration code, it brought up the screen to enter the registration code, but that's the last I ever saw of it.

Dear Jeffery,

We recommend you to reinstall Sound Pilot.

That didn't help. I would never have guessed that something this basic (computer function-wise) would have gotten so incompatible so quickly. Then again, it IS Microsoft....
