I want to format disk so pls tell me how I can back up in family tree.

The developer who can comment on your question is now away.
Unfortunately, I think it is impossible to back up in Family Tree Pilot.
You can finish the creating of the family tree and save Tree as image.

Family Tree Pilot stores data in user's "application folder" under "Documents and Settings" tree such as:

C:Documents and Settings<user-name-here>Application DataFamily Tree Pilotdatabase

Here is you will see FamilyTreePilotDatabase.1 file. It is database in sqlite format. You can freely save/restore this file or copy it to another computer.

Wow. I see that forum software removes all backslashes from the path I wrote :-(
