Toni Hillman	# Posted: 26 Jan 2008 16:38 I purchased Petpilot today. Then had difficulty trying to uninstall ALL of the trial version. When I did reinstall it, while following the instructions, including entering my keycode; I still could not save my photos in jpg format. I suspect there is something wrong with the way the way the trial version was uninstalled, and now it is corrupting everything PETPILOT. Furthermore, I can't find anyone to talk to about this problem. I need to to fix my pics pronto! I am very angry that I can't get this fixed. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. Thank you.
