I cannot seem to adjust the quality of the scanned form using the tools in the program to get it even close to what the same scanned image appears on screen when viewed with another program. It appears to be washed out, or that the gamma is set too high. If I print the completed form with the image it prints very clearly. Is there a trick to getting the form to display at the same quality level that it was scanned?

It appears to be caused by the low magnification of the image. Once magnified the image becomes clearer, hopwever, Windows picture and fax viewer still displays the image with better quality at a similarly small size. Puzzling.

Hi,

What resolution do you use when you scan the form? If it is more than 300 dpi, please reduce it and try to scan the form again.

Best regards,
