Here is another guy who has paid for an upgrade and heard nothing further from the vendor. In this case, an upgrade to Home Pilot. Do not erase your original program or overwrite the folder with a new trial version until you receive your new full version. Better yet, do not buy from this company until they get their act together. Their customer service promises to answer within 48 hours. That has turned out to be a joke.

You bought the Form Pilot Home program on May, 13th 2009 and the
registration letter was sent you immediately at the e-mail address.
It is possible the letter hasn't arrived for any of several reasons. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yesterday you asked Swreg to change email, we sent the letter to your new adress.
It was successfully.

I have to second the heading on this posting....

We ordered, and our credit card was charged for, an upgrade on 12/14/09....the e-mail we received for a receipt said we would get a registration key within two (2) days....it has now been five (5) days and we have received nothing...I have tried e-mailing support twice now....but have receive NOTHING...not a single response....we even tried to call and got some rude individual, who could not even speak English, on the phone and who told us they couldn't do anything for us over the phone....submit an e-mail request....(which as I've stated we've already done twice).......My last "support" (and I use that term VERY loosely) e-mail was just sent letting them know if we didn't get our registration key today, we would be disputing the credit card charge and contacting the NYS Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau!!!!!

VERY, VERY, POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The registration data was NEVER received prior to today, only the receipt. It was NOT blocked by any spam filter as this was all investigated prior to e-mailing you....this being said I do NOT believe anything was ever sent prior to today...

The registration e-mail received today had a link to download the software which did NOT work....it simply brings us to a screen that says:

Welcome to Two Pilots!

If you are a registered user, please contact us to receive your program download link.

If you are not a registered user, you can purchase our software here.

The order# on the registration e-mail you sent today doesn't even match the order# on the receipt we got when we initially placed the order....

We had previously downloaded the software and installed it, when we open the software it asks for name, organization and registration code, if we enter this information from the e-mail you sent it states that the registration code is invalid!

Just to confirm we ordered and paid for the 64 bit version of Form Pilot Office.

To date we still cannot use the software, and you still have our money.....
