Is there any way to stop message boxes popping up when an error occurs when using the command line version?

We like the look of this tool and wish to use it, but would prefer it if the gui didn't pop up when run from the command line.

It is however CRITICAL that no message boxes popup as we are going to use this for generating PDF reports from our website, and we cannot have message boxes popup in this shell process under any circumstances.

We will buy this product if you can provide a version that suppresses or logs all popup windows.

Any help on this one would be much appreciated,

I had the same issue, what I did which hopefully resolves it is...

1) I start the process from my code
2) I start an infinite loop which either
a) sees that the process is done and breaks out of the loop -or-
b) sees that a set amount of time has passed then kills the process and throws an exception

...not sure if this will leave any lingering effects from killing the processes, but at least it won't lock up the system
