We are converting Multiple files at one time to PDF ( 200+ at a time). We can change the destination for one file, but, would like to change the destination all at once for all of them. How can we do that.

When we purchased the software we were told there was a way we could convert our files in "DOS" mode. Could we change the destination for all files in "DOS" mode and if so, what would the "Logic" be.

Yes. Please use switch
/outdir dirname
where dirname is yor destination folder.
This is example:
doc2pdf.exe /indir "C:\My Documents" /outdir "C:\My PDF documents"
the example above converts all documents from folder C:\My Documents into folder C:\My PDF documents
