I did not have any issue with the demo version, but I am having an issue with
the registered one I just bought. When I convert any TIFF files to PDF files,
it automatically inverts the whole color scheme. To make you comprehend
easier for my situation, basically BLACK becomes WHITE, and WHITE becomes
BLACK. please help me to fix this issue. Thank you and have a good day.
bye

P.S. I am using TIFF2PDF Pilot 2.1.1
I am using WIN XP, PEN4 2.0, 1GIG RAM, 240 GIG HARD DRIVE

All tiff files become inverted in pdf?
We are confused... The both versions has the same algorithm...

I don't care the both versions has the same algorithm or not. The point here is that demo worked well and the registered one doesn't. I didn't change anything, and i followed the instruction. 1. uninstall the demo version 2. install the registered version

simple right? however, it doesn't work. The issue is that all tiff files become inverted in pdf.

On the page http://www.colorpilot.com/support.php select the "Write us" tab and fill the form. You can attach file there but don't forget to compress it.

Hello. I told you the demo version worked well, and the registered one doens't. Now I installed the demo again, and the demo image is also inverted in term of color scheme. What should I do now?

Can you send an email to max.f@colorpilot.com? I'll reply with a link to a TIFF2PDF Pilot v1.32 where your test pictures converts ok.
