Two Pilots forum / Converters / Huge memory consumption when using CHM2PDF

I recently purchased CHM2PDF, and am trying to convert my help file across, but have noticed that the memory usage is huge - often nearly 1GB - when converting the CHM file. Also, it tends to slow down dramatically as the converter progresses. (This is a quite large CHM file...)

For example, the first 250 pages take about 5 minutes, but the last take 250 pages take two hours or so to process.

The software does run correctly, but only on my system that has 2GB ram and lots of virtual memory.

Are there any options that can be used to help this run more smoothly in the future? I would like to be able to regenerate this PDF on a semi-regular basis.

Unfortunately there is no such an option. Our developers work to improve the product.
