I have an MFC project that prints all of our reports. I can successfully print one page to a PDF file by replacing the CDC passed in to the CView::OnPrint routine with a new CDC that has the PDF->HDC attached to it.

Does anyone know how I can override MFC to replace the CDC created by the framework that is used for printing with the CDC that I create that is attached to the HDC from the PDF creator?

Hello, ardolino,

Sorry, but i don't see any problems. You can make another button and command in menu if you want to have another printing option - or just replace existing HDC by using library DC in existing.

Please specify your question.

Thank you very much !

Best regards,
Stanislav
