System requirements for your server:

1. You need to have the following libraries installed on your server:

• Python (v. 2.3 minimum)
• ReportLab Toolkit (a version, supporting Python 2.3 or higher).
• Python Imaging Library* (a version, supporting Python 2.3 or higher)

* Python Imaging Library should be installed on your server if you want to include images in your pdf files.

2. You will have to make sure that the libraries have been installed properly on your server.
