  This method adds a metafile to a PDF document.
 Syntax

DOUBLE scaleY

Parameters
metafileHandleHandle of the metafile
reservedReserved (Must be 0)
xX coordinate of the drawing position.
yY coordinate of the drawing position.
scaleXHorizontal scale factor.
scaleYVertical scale factor.
Return value
If successful, this method returns S_OK. If it fails, this method should return one of the error values.
