Support and Upgrades

Technical support and the one-time upgrade during the first 12 months are 30% of the product cost.

Upgrade and support beyond 12 months from the date of purchase are subject to additional fees.
Price is 40% or 70% of upgrade configuration depending on whether building a new version is required or correcting an existing one is satisfactory.
Additional 10% discount if an upgrade configuration price is higher than 2000 USD.
