Voice E-Mail Pilot
in questions and answers

  1. I cannot record and send voice mail as an MP3 (OGG etc.) file. How do I get your application to record and save as an MP3 for voice mail sending?

If you select MP3, you will get a file in MP3 format, but the file extension that you will see is WAV. The file size and content are the same as for an MP3, and all players will recognize the WAV format exactly as they recognize MP3. There is no problem with audio quality. If for some reason you need the MP3 extension, you can go to File | Save As and add .MP3 to the file name. Then you can attach the saved file to your voice mail.
