ConvertToA3

This method converts a document with A4 pages to a document with A3 pages.

HRESULT ConvertToA3 ()

If successful, this method returns S_OK. If it fails, this method should return one of the error values.

After converting each A3 page, the new document will contain two A4 pages from the original document for each converted page.
