VARIANT_BOOL PDFANNOTATION_Flags_afNoRotate { get; set; } |
If set to VARIANT_TRUE, do not rotate the annotation's appearance to match the rotation of the page. The upper-left corner of the annotation's bounding box remains in a fixed location on the page, regardless of the page rotation.
Equivalent in new interface: IPDFDocument4::AnnotNoRotate.
