I sent an email through your website two weeks ago and tried to call your contact phone number today with no response. The automated phone message said your phone mail box was full. We are looking to purchase your PDF creator product for distribution with our software. Can you provide some reliable means of contacting your company?

Dear Harley,

I remember your letter. Here is our answer (may be your spam-filter banned it?):

"After you buy a product, you automatically get a message that contains
URL for your receipt. Using that URL you prepare and print out an
invoice for your order.
Please note that the charge will appear on your bill not from "Two
Pilots", but from the SWREG registration service you used for buying
the software.

If you misplace your receipt URL, you can find it by the following way:
go to If you visit that website, you can also
prepare and print out a receipt. This is valid for credit card
payments only.

Disk-based generation allows to save result only in file on disk.
In-memory generation allows to get result in memory. It is necessary for
Web languages like ASP, ASP.NET, Python e.t.c."
