I can’t register the program – questions and answers

  1. I have just bought the program, but I am not able to register it – there is no option to enter a registration code.

    If you already bought the program, you should have received an automatic registration email with a special link to download the full version. This version has an option to enter a registration code. If you didn’t receive the registration email, please contact us.
     

  2. I have just bought the program, but I am not able to register it with the registration code that I got. I get the message that the registration code is invalid.

    Please enter the registration code using the Copy/Paste method. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code string. If it doesn’t help, please contact us.
     

  3. I bought the program some time ago and now want to use the latest version. But I am not able to register it – there is no option to enter a registration code.

    You have downloaded the trial version that does not have a registration option.

    If you bought the program less than a year ago, please search for the registration email that you got after the purchase. There should be a special link to download the full version. This version has an option to enter a registration code. If you cannot find the registration email, please contact us.

    If you bought the program more than a year ago, then your free upgrade term has expired. We offer free upgrades for one year from date of license purchase. You can still use your old bought version. Please make sure you store your downloaded file and registration code in a secure location, so you can restore your bought version if you have a system crash or if you need to move to another computer. Please have understanding that we cannot supply our users with the older versions that we developed during the last 20 years.
