In Type Pilot, you can easily insert commonly used text using a keyword, but it’s hard to remember all keywords. For example, you have the Thanks folder which contains many phrases. You gave the following keywords to these phrases: thank1, thank2, thank3, and so forth. If you do not use these keywords every day, you can forget which keyword is for which phrase.
However, in Type Pilot, you can assign a keyword to the entire folder. For example, you can assign the thx keyword to the Thanks folder:
