Type Pilot allows you to paste frequent phrases in any text editor. In this software, you can store your text using a tree-like structure.
You can open a necessary folder automatically, just by selecting a special folder keyword. If you type such a keyword, for example: thx, Type Pilot will automatically pop up, and the appropriate folder will open:
Now you can select an appropriate phrase and click the Space button. As a result, the main window is minimized and the selected phrase is inserted into your current document:
