This method gets the number of direct descendants of a specified node.

Syntax

LONG GetOutlineChildCount (
LONG outlineNode
)
Parameters
outlineNode
Number of the outline node

Return value
Total number of direct descendants of the specified node

Remarks

The number of the outline node can be retrieved from any node creating method, such as AddOutlineAfter, AddOutlineChild, GetNextSiblingOutline, and so on.
