Two Pilots forum / Form filler/maker software / Question about the Check Mark

I have multiple check mark fields on a form. The default condiition of them appears to be "checked". Wouldn't it make more sense that they would be "unchecked"? I wouldn't think you would send a form to someone to fill out and have to tell them to uncheck all that do not appy. Am I missing something?

I think I have discovered answers to my question. First the check box has to be a little bigger than I was making it. Second, after you place the check box on the form, you can click on it to make the check mark "checked" or "unchecked". If the check mark is visible, then the boxes will be "unchecked" on the PDF document.

Dear Russ,

Thank you for your messages.
You can inactivate the tick using the mouse key. Also you can move inactive checkbox to the shelf and then take it from there.
If the checkbox is active in the template i.e. the checkbox is marked off, it will be active in the created PDF-document.
Feel free to ask us questions if you have any other.

Best regards,

Two Pilots
